MEGA Sistemas has implemented the Integral Asset Management, Maintenance, Patrimony and General Services of MANSIS at the Hospital Povisa.
The Hospital Povisa has more than 40,000 square metres, more than 1,400 workers and more than 500 beds, becoming in the largest privet hospital in Spain. Povisa is a general hospital that belongs to the Galician group “Nosa Terra XXI”, integrated in turn into the Nosa Terra holding company, and a good part of its activity is focused on the care of the more than 134,000 public health patients assigned by virtue of the last concert signed with the Galician Health Service in 2014.
The implementation of this project included the installation of the msAsset (MANSIS), training for all those responsible for health institutions and end users, and the development of integration with the institution’s corporate applications, making it possible to revert to the organization the great benefits that our asset management system offers you.
This implementation means, through the management of shared processes of MANSIS , to control all the activity carried out in the hospital in terms of:
- Patrimony and Asset Management
- Alerts from departments
- Work Order Management
- Preventive, Technical, Legal, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance.
- Management of contracts with external suppliers.
- Warehouse and purchases Management
- Dashboard – Business Intelligence
