The new hospital Universitario San Cecilio of Granada selects MANSIS as its Integrated Asset Management System, Infrastructures and Maintenance.
This new hospital is located in the Parque Tecnológico de Ciencias de la Salud of Granada, which will be a reference point at university and research level with more than 136,000 square metres, making it the largest campus dedicated to health in Spain.
The hospital infrastructure of this recent hospital has 700 beds, 26 operating theatres and 132 consulting rooms.
MEGA Sistemas will implement the latest version of MANSIS (hospital version), making the necessary customizations for the integration of MANSIS with the current SAS computer systems.
This implementation will mean, through the shared process management of MANSIS, to control all the activities taking place in the hospitals in terms of:
- Wealth and assets Management
- Notification Management System from plant/services
- Work Order Management
- Preventive, Technical, Legal, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance.
- Management of contracts with external suppliers.
- Shifts Management
- Warehouse and purchases Management
- Mobile Devices
- Quality Management
- Dashboard- Business Intelligence
In this process, migration of existing data will take place.
In addition, it will implement the necessary modules for the warehouse management through the labelling of all the articles with barcodes.
