The Polyclinics of San Juan De Dios in Natá de Los Caballeros, Manuel de J. Rojas in Aguadulce and Manuel Paulino Ocaña in Penonomé in Panama, have successfully completed the implementation of MANSIS Asset management as an Integral Management System for Assets, Infrastructures and Maintenance.
The province of Coclé has a total population of 187,000 insured persons who are served by the three polyclinics mentioned above. The Dr. Manuel Paulino Ocaña polyclinic serves a population of 80 thousand insured and offers outpatient services such as dentistry, laboratory, radiology, health programmes, among other services.
MEGA Sistemas implements the latest version of MANSIS Asset management (hospital maintenance programme) in the Coclé Polyclinics in Panama, making the necessary parameterisations for the integration of MANSIS Asset management with the current IT systems of the Hospital.
This implementation will mean having a hospital maintenance programme such as MANSIS Asset management, which through the management of shared processes will be able to control all the activity carried out in the hospital in terms of:
- Asset and Asset Management.
- Integration with the Notification Management System from plant/services.
- Management of Ots – Corrective Maintenance.
- Conductive, Preventive and Technical-Legal Maintenance.
- Management of contracts with external suppliers.
- Shift Management.
- Purchasing.
- Warehouse.
- Internal quality.
- Works control.
- Control panel.
As part of this process, the existing data will also be migrated.
Likewise, the necessary modules for warehouse management will be implemented with MANSIS Asset management through the labelling of all articles with barcodes.
