Our msAsset (MANSIS) in its official organisations version, is present in the Contraloría General of Panama Republic, in charge of fiscalizing, regulating and controlling the movements of funds and public goods in the Panamanian Republic.
MANSIS will control the entire activity that take place in the institution in terms of:
- Patrimony and Asset Management
- Integration with Alerts Management Systems from any service
- Work Order Management
- Preventive, Technical, Legal, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance.
- Management of contracts with external suppliers.
- Warehouse and purchases Management
- Integration with corporate systems to optimize the resources and times, achieving a better exploitation of the systems.
- Management of the works, allowing to control the entire work from the first phase, including the legally required milestones.
